Medapp is an online patient engagement portal. It is a one-stop solution for patients taking active mediation. The app offers medicine tracking, on-call doctor support and host of other support and assistance through the patient's road to recovery.

- User research and experience design from ideation to deployment phase.

Out of 7000 patients who signed up in 2020, only 12% patients came back to make a second time purchase of their prescription medicine.
Problems
- The current application system did not have a way for the users (patients) to access their list of active mediation.
- Patients were not able to order their next refill. They had to follow the entire process of browsing medicines, adding it to their shopping cart and requesting a check out every time.
- The application did not have a way to inform the patients about an upcoming refill.
- Patients were placing their first order, and never coming back to the app because there was no effort from the app side to urge them to engage.
